Minnesota State Colleges and Universities 1099-Misc Reporting

Certain vendor payments are subject to 1099-Misc reporting. If the vendor was paid from local account funds, please contact Tax Services for 1099-Misc information and reprints. If the vendor was paid with state treasury funds, their 1099-Misc would be issued by the Department of Finance. For reprints and questions regarding a 1099-Misc issued by the State of Minnesota, contact the Department of Finance's 1099 & W-9 hotline at 651-201-8201.
