October 17, 2007 - Greater-than-expected increase boosts enrollment at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system by 4.5%
Growing numbers of online students and high school students taking college courses helped boost enrollment at the 32 Minnesota State Colleges and Universities by 4.5 percent over the last year, officials said today as they released enrollment figures. (More information)

Chief Finance and Facilities Officers Conference to be held January 24 and 25, 2007
The winter Chief Finance and Facilities Officers Conference will be held January 24 and 25, 2007 at the Sheraton Bloomington hotel. Annual excellence awards will be presented at a banquet on Wednesday, January 24. Normandale Community College will serve as host campus for the 2007 conference. (More information)
FY2008-FY2009 Biennial Budget Request approved
The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees today approved a legislative budget request that seeks a $177 million increase for the 2008-2009 biennium and limits annual tuition increases to an average of no more than 4 percent across the system in each of the next two years. Fall enrollment rises slightly at the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities
Enrollment at the 32 Minnesota State Colleges and Universities rose slightly over the last year, officials said today as they released enrollment figures. (More information)
Committee convened to redesign Finance Division Web site
Vice Chancellor Laura King has appointed Kevin Marsh, Director of Financial Planning, to head a committee charged with redesigning the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Finance Division Web site. The committee will present preliminary results at the January 2007 Chief Finance and Facilities Officers Conference and will conduct usability tests during that meeting.
