Real Estate
Real Estate Services provides systemwide leadership for the strategic use of real estate assets and transactional services to colleges, universities, and the Office of the Chancellor. All college and university real estate with the exception of real estate owned by recognized foundations is owned by the State of Minnesota, by and through the Board of Trustees of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, on behalf of the college or university.

The process required of all technical colleges with carpentry programs to satisfy unique statutory requirements related to acquisitions, sales of real estate, or construction contracts. - Current Listing of Real Estate for Sale
The current surplus real estate available throughout the state, including single-family houses constructed by college carpentry students; includes description of the surplus process. - Leasing
Desribes the process to lease off-campus and on-campus; includes reference to forms, procedures, and space planning guidelines for off-campus space. - Installation of utilities, roads or other improvements
Information about public utility easements on system properties. - Mapping and Property Ownership
Campus locations, campus boundary maps, details about acreage and other geographic data related to campuses.
