Construction Program Managers
Every campus has a Program Manager assigned from the Office of the Chancellor who should be the first point of contact to assist individual campus staff with policy, procedural, technical, and contract items related to design or construction. Their role as "Program Manager" is much like a consultant. They assist individuals to better understand the process and procedures necessary to accomplish specific requirements during the design and construction phase.
By understanding campus needs, Program Managers can become a better resource to assist the campus. Program Managers do not normally perform as project managers on individual projects.
