Description:
This Project consists of Design through Construction Documents shop space to house the Industrial Mechanical Technology and Carpentry programs. Remodel existing space for men's and women's Americans with Disabilities compliant restroom. Design will also include upgrades to the HVAC and electrical systems for the entire facility.
Addition of shop space will enable moving the Industrial Mechanical Technology and Carpentry programs on campus. Currently, programs are in two different leased spaces off-campus five and eight miles away. Remodel enables ADA compliance.
