IMPACT
This project will help to renovate the T-buildings elevators, escalators, ventilation, air-conditioning, and water proofing the campus main plaza. In addition it will provide installation of cooling for Bowman Hall that provides space for physical education programs, athletics and continuing education.
Completion of this project will support significant economic benefits for the state and surrounding region. Beyond the current growing market needs, the proposed expansion of the Mall of America along with the potential for three major sport venues and the related spin-off construction will create significant demand for graduates from the HVAC, welding, machining and carpentry programs.
