National Hockey Center Renovation

This project will be executed in two separate phases to allow for the continuous operation of the facility throughout the entire hockey season. Phase I involves the addition of an entrance, lobby, ticket office, hockey offices, concessions, concourse expansion, spectator boxes, press box and weight training area to the south of the NHC along with necessary interior remodeling to accomplish the addition. Phase II involves the removal of the existing west ticket office and lobby allowing for the installation of additional seating and spectator boxes to the north, additional locker rooms, concourse, spectator boxes and 30-50 person classrooms/meeting rooms. The area of the main rink will be reconfigured to expand the concourse and provide club seating space for spectators. There are also renovations involved in the adjacent practice rink.
