Centennial Hall and Riverview Hall Renovations
Description:
This multi-phased project consists of renovations of Centennial Hall and Riverview Hall. The majority of Centennial Hall's Phase 1 program provided for the design and renovation of library space into classroom/office. Phase 2 continues with the renovation of Centennial Hall's remaining space, and designing the renovation of Riverview Hall. Phase 3 will complete Riverview's renovation and will include improvements in lighting, electrical, cabling, HVAC, windows, and fire exits. Riverview is the oldest classroom building on campus and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The University, based on their anticipated enrollment levels, is making effective use of its existing facilities with the completion of these renovations.
