Classroom Building Addition
Description:
This project consists of an addition and renovation of the Fine Arts building. The new facility will include a two-story addition, additional classrooms, labs, offices, student areas, and support areas. This project will also address deferred maintenance in the areas of electrical, HVAC, building code updates, and exterior envelope.
Programs most directly impacted are the majors for the Associate for Fine Arts in Art and the Associate of Fine Arts in Music degree programs. This project will also provide opportunities to realign and grow programs in support of strategic and academic masterplan goals.
