Grainger, Inc. Contract Summary (Announcement attached)
E&I competitively bid and awarded Grainger, Inc. Maintenance - MRO Supplies contract. E&I contract # CNR01248 contract term is February 1, 2010 to January 31, 2015. All colleges and universities within the system currently can review and take advantage of the E&I/Grainger contract.

Enrollment Management - Hobsons (Amendment #1)
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities has amended its Master Services Agreement with Hobsons, Inc. (#CST-275)
The Amended expiration date is December 23, 2013.Enrollment Management - Hobsons (Amendment #2)
The Board of Trustees approved a master contract (participation is optional) extension with Hobsons until December 23, 2015. Contract reference number is CST-275.2

Facilities Cleaning Assessment - Hillyard
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities entered into master contract CST-175 on November 1, 2009 (for three years with option for additional two years). Board of Trustees has approved the contract up to $3 million.
Armored Car Contract - Garda (original) (Amendment #1) (Amendment #2)
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities has entered into an armored car service for listed colleges and universities until October 31, 2014 (and can be extended upon mutual agreement). Master Contract CST-225.2
Computer & Electronics Disposition Contract
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities entered into master contract CST-125 on September 18, 2009 (effective until September 15, 2014) for the disposition of computers and other miscellaneous electronic equipment which allows all campuses to participate. The contract is also available to other Minnesota state entities and school districts to participate and benefit.
