Accounting to Java 2 Enterprise Edition Conversion
Guiding the migration of the Accounting Module of ISRS to the open standards technology platform (J2EE) currently used as the development language for ISRS Web applications.
Allocation Framework Technical Advisory Committee
Provides on-going analysis and review of the operation and design of the budget allocation framework and its components.
Budget Planning Module Committee
Oversees the process of adding budget functionality to the Integrated Statewide Record System.
Capital Budget Project Committee
Evaluates and recommends capital budget priorities on a biennial basis. The next legislative request will be for fiscal year 2010 (July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010).
Finance Advisory Group
Advises the Vice Chancellor - Chief Financial Officer on matters of college, university, and systemwide finance and facilities leadership and management.
Finance Web Committee
Guiding the maintenance and development of the division Web site.
Finance Master Planning Committee
Develops a comprehensive plan combining all the other plans (e.g. academic, facility, technology, etc.) developed by the colleges and universities. The finance master plan provides a five-year financial outlook.
Finance User Group
Provides a forum for users of the Integrated Statewide Record System finance modules and Information Technology Services managers to support common business practices and increase user satisfaction by improving communication and the design and performance of ISRS products and services.
Information Technology Priorities Advisory Group
Evaluates and recommends Information Technology project priorities for systemwide finance-related projects.
Library Initiative Group
Researches, evaluates and recommends solutions to fulfill future systemwide library resource requirements.
Peer Review Group
Develops and oversees the peer review process used to determine if a college or university may need a base adjustment within the allocation framework.
Purchasing Initiative Committee
Investigates, evaluates and recommends opportunities to consolidate systemwide purchase of common services and commodities thereby leveraging the system's buying power.
REGIS Steering Committee
Guides the design, development and implementation of the REGIS (the Student Registration to Payment Services Project) program. REGIS will result in an interactive, administrative system where learners can successfully navigate the often complex process of registration and payment.
Risk Management Advisory Committee
Reviews, evaluates and makes recommendations on risk management and insurance related issues and programs.
Sponsorship Task Force
Evaluates the need for and method by which the colleges, universities and Office of the Chancellor procure sponsors for various programs and events.
