Finance Master Planning Committee
The Finance Master Planning Committee has been charged with the mission to develop a comprehensive plan which combines all other plans developed by the colleges and universities (i.e., academic, facility, technology, etc.). The finance master plan will provide a five-year financial outlook.
The finance master plan concept allows the college or university to focus its efforts on long-term initiatives without compromising its financial future. It reflects the mission and strategic goals of the institution and identifies fiscal issues and opportunities, establishes policies and goals, examines fiscal trends, produces a financial plan and provides for feasible solutions.
