Biennial Operating Budget Process
The biennial operating budget is generated through a process of research and planning by committees that is presented to the Board of Trustees for approval. This request for funding is finally presented as a legislative budget request to the Department of Finance of the State of Minnesota.
Approved by the Board of Trustees on November 15, 2006, the 2008-2009 biennial operating budget seeks a $177 million increase over the previous request. (read more...)

Annual Operating Budgets
Once biennial funding is secured from the Legislature in even numbered years, annual operating budgets are proposed to the Board of Trustees, which is charged with approving the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities' system budget.
Fiscal Year 2008-2009

Dated June 2007 - includes undergraduate tuition and fees for full-time students, fee rates, on-line rates, student full year equivalents for fiscal year 1999-2011, fiscal year 2002-2008 reserve balances, master green sheet, institution allocations, summary of consultation letters, student consultation letters and profile for each institution.
