Financial Health and Compliance Indicators
Financial Health Indicators
The Financial Health and Compliance Indicator procedure has been developed, approved and becomes fully effective in fiscal year 2012, with early implementation strongly encouraged for fiscal 2011. This procedure replaces the Exception Reporting procedure.
The new procedure identifies several short and long term factors regarding the financial health of an institution, including the composite financial index, or CFI. Another key factor identified for use in this procedure is negative operating losses.
