State of Minnesota Economic Outlook: Implication for the System
This presentation provides a state of Minnesota economic outlook and implications for the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. The information presented provides a high level summary of the state budget outlook and the long-term budget issues facing Minnesota. The objective is to provide a short and mid-term environmental scan and to frame the system's strategy in approaching fiscal year 2012 and beyond.

Tuition and Fees Study Including the Cost of Attendance
A study regarding the tuition policy of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities was undertaken during the spring and summer of 2008. The tuition study incorporated the cost of attendance and the cost to educate students, which the Board of Trustees identified as a special project to be undertaken during fiscal year 2008.
